Sr. Citizens Ministry

 

The Senior Citizens meet in the fellowship hall each 2nd Tuesday of the month for lunch & games (mostly dominos--42 and chicken foot). They begin at 10:00 am, have lunch at 12 noon, then play dominos. The meat is furnished & everyone brings a dessert, salad or vegetable.

The 4th Tuesday of each month Senior Citizens meet at 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall for a time of fellowship. Everyone brings snack & they play games.

When there is a 5th Tuesday Senior Citizens meet at 6:00 pm in fellowship hall for another fellowship with snacks & games.
 

Occasionally Sr. Citizens go on short trips such as going on the Bluebonnet Trail or to Singings or Concerts in other towns. They travel in the church's van.


Sr. Citizens participate in the "Meals on Wheels" program in Early and volunteer at "Good Samaritan Ministries in the food distribution section each week.
